S.I.C. Višnjan

Development of the automation system of the wastewater treatment plant of the fish processing plant "S.I.C. d.o.o ” from Višnjan. These works were performed on the plant:

Grounding system installation
Cabling and installation of cable ducts
Installation and parameterization of measuring devices - hydrostatic level sensors, ultrasonic level transmitters, conductivity sensor, oxygen sensors, temperature sensors, turbidity sensors, pressure sensors and flow meters.
Making electrical diagrams
Development of SCADA systems and PLC programs
Production and installation of electrical cabinets

Electrical cabinet consists of:

Equipment for automation of 23 motor drives and 17 measuring devices
8 Schneider Electric ATV320 frequency converters
2 racks of Siemens S1200 PLCSiemens IPC377E touch panel
HSPA router and LAN network for remote control and monitoring of devices, SMS alarms
