Electrical cabinet - Part 1

As a partner of Ambra Water Solution d.o.o., we delivered the control system of the technological wastewater treatment plant in the fish processing factory Mirna d.d. Rovinj. The system consists of an electrical control cabinet, SCADA system and associated electrical installation. The works on the facility itself included setting up parameters of the measuring equipment, and the commissioning of the system. The electrical control cabinet consists of switching equipment, frequency converters, energy consumption meters, PLC configuration and a touch panel for control and monitoring of the entire treatment plant.

Electrical control cabinet and automation consists of:

3 cabinets with accompanying control and protective equipment
2 PLC configurations Siemens S7-1200 CPU with 12 additional modules
Siemens SIMATIC IPC377E PC panel with SCADA application for process management and monitoring
4G router for remote control of the device with the option of sending alarm SMS messages
9 Schneider ATV320 frequency inverters with Modbus communication
process equipment: flow meters, levels, temperature, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, suspended particles
more than 20 electric motor drives
